Initial interview

We conduct an initial digital interview with candidates that we consider suitable based on their profile in order to evaluate the match. We then create a report with all information about the candidate and send it to our client.

Communication & appointment scheduling

Further interviews are conducted by our clients. However, we are happy to arrange appointments and communicate with the candidates. We offer to accompany further interviews at your request.

Hiring / project completion

With the hire of one
or several candidates, the project is completed. We take care of rejecting the remaining candidates.
